Downloadable PDF Reports

Reports for the fleet, group, and individual assets can be downloaded in PDF format. 

Example pdf reports can be downloaded at the bottom of this article.

A Download Reports printer icon can be found on the top right of the Dashboard page, Groups page, and Transformer Detail page. Click the button to select a report to download from the dropdown list.

To print the report, click the "View Report" button. Once the report has loaded, right-click and select 'Print...' or press CTRL+P on your keyboard. To save the report, change the destination to 'Save as PDF'.

Fleet Insights Report

The Fleet Insights Report is a printable version of the Dashboard page summarising the condition of all assets under your organisation. An example pdf report can be downloaded at the bottom of this article.  

Group Insights Report

The Group Insights Report is a printable version of the Dashboard page summarising the condition of all assets within a specified group. This report is similar to fleet insights report but instead of summarising the whole fleet it only gives information about a particular user-defined group.

Asset Health Report

The Asset Health Report is a printable version of all of the reports for the chosen transformer, excluding the Oil Test Analysis which can be downloaded separately. An example pdf report can be downloaded at the bottom of this article.

The summary and insights section shows an overview of the health and concerns of the transformer. The remaining graphs can be customised based on a user-defined date range.

Oil Test Report

The Oil Test Report is a printable version of all of the graphs and tables available in the Oil Test Results tab for each transformer. Each graph is followed by the corresponding table.
