Software User Manual

The article will walk you through your first tasks after logging on for the first time and give some hints on navigating the EcoStruxure Transformer Expert Application.

How to Login:

To login to your account use the URL

You will receive the temporary password from NoReply.EcoStruxureTransformerExpert@verified.se.com  in your email.

 

 

In-app Tutorial:

Once you are logged in, the in-app tutorial can be accessed in the dropdown menu under your name in the top right-hand corner.

Organization Settings

The Organization Settings can be found in the dropdown menu in the top right of the screen next to your name. These settings allow you to update your organization name and add users.

 

Profile Settings

The profile Settings can be found in the dropdown menu in the top right of the screen next to your name. These settings allow you to update your name, password, and email address.

Note: It is recommended to change your temporary password on your first login to the application.

 

Managing Organization Account

If you are an Admin user for your organization, you have extra important tasks when you first log in:

1. Add new users to your organization account
2. Create your transformer assets in the application
3. Assign sensors to your transformer asset
4. Configure your transformer assets for accurate data analysis
5. Upload historical oil tests for that asset
6. Calibrate apparent load for accurate aging algorithms

Navigating Application

Once logged in you will see the application dashboard. The page has five views.

 

 

Dashboard

The Dashboard gives you the summary of your fleet. The layout of dashboard will depend on the subscription type. The subscription type can be selected from the drop down. 

 

 

For Expert subscription the layout will have:

• Critical Insights – Top 5 most critical insights of your fleet
• Transformer Status Summary – Graph showing transformer by condition index
• Fleet Life Left – Remaining insulation life left across your fleet based on hotspot temperature
• Fleet Summary – Lists all transformer in the fleet

 

Transformers 

The transformers tab lists all the transformer assets and their condition index. New transformer assets and oil test can be added through page too.

 

Insight Summary

Insight Summary shows every insight in the fleet.

 

You can view an Insight in more detail by clicking on one of the rows. This will open the Transformer page on the Insights tab, showing all insights for this transformer and the Condition Index results.

 

Notifications

Notifications in the application alert users of changes in your dashboard to keep track of the condition of your fleet.

Notifications settings let you control the alerts you receive.

 

 

Learn

Click on Learn in the header menu and use Search to find the answer. See Getting Started with EcoStruxure Transformer Expert Learn. Use the Ask Us button if you can't find the answer you are looking for.  It will submit your request to our Helpdesk for answers by our support term.  Note that you can always send an email to support.dts@se.com
