Notification Settings

Notification Settings lets you control the alerts you receive. Each user can set which transformers send  notifications, which notifications they send, and how you receive them.

Notifications are sent in two ways:

• Dashboard: Notifications will pop up in the Dashboard and move into the Notifications sidebar.
• Email: New notifications are sent to your registered email when triggered.  

There are three types of notifications:

• Risk Index: Notifies you of changes to a transformer's overall health based on the Condition Index.
• Insight: Relating to the Insights for each transformer, triggered when a new Insight has been created or a condition has changed.
• Alerts: These are real-time alerts warning when a temperature or moisture level has been reached onsite.

You can change the default Notification Settings by going to dropdown in the top right and clicking Notification Settings.  

Global Notification Settings

This box allows you to enable/disable all notifications for the selected method and type.

Transformer Notification Settings

This box allows you to enable/disable notifications of specific transformers in the fleet, also allowing you to set the selected method and type of notification.
