Distributor account is created for the front office or SE partners. It is dedicated portal, which enables the management of customer Organizations and Assets.
The article will walk you through your first tasks after logging on for the first time and your main tasks as distributor user.
How to Login:
To log into your distributor account use the URL
You will receive the password from NoReply.EcoStruxureTransformerExpert@verified.se.com in your email.
Distributor Profile Settings
The Profile Settings can be found in the Distributor dropdown menu on the top right of the screen.
These settings allow you to update your profile including your name, preferred language and change your login email address. You can also change your password.
Note: It is recommended to change your password on your first login to the Distributor Portal.
Distributor Dashboard
Once logged, you will see the distributor dashboard. The page has two tabs.
Organizations
Organizations managed by the distributor can be viewed in this tab. New organizations can also be created in this tab. Distributors can add customers by creating new organization account.
Unassigned Sensors
Once the sensors are dispatched from DTS Production, they will be assigned to the distributor account. These sensors will appear in the unassigned sensors tab. These sensors can then be assigned to organization accounts.
Managing Organization Account
As a distributor account user, to set your customer in the application certain steps will need to be performed.
Create Organization Account
Click create new organization button at the top right.
Enter the customer name, then click create new organization. The asset limit option can be used to limit the number of Essential subscription customers have. For unlimited subscriptions leave blank.
Add Users to Organization
Admin users can next be added to organization. To perform this task,
- Select the Organization from the list
- Go to Users tab
- Then click the green +User button
Assign Sensors to Organization
Sensors can be assigned to an organization account from unassigned sensor tab. Press the green assign button next to sensor ID.
A pop-up will appear. Select the organization and then assign sensor.

Create an Asset
For each transformer subscription, an asset will need to be created in the customer account.
To create an asset perform the following steps.
- Select the organization
- In the transformer tab press the green +Asset button at the top left
Install Sensor to Transformer Assets
Once the sensors are physically installed on a transformer, it will also need to be virtually installed on the created assets. To link sensor and transformer asset perform the following steps.
- Select the organization
- In the sensor tab press the overflow button (3 dots)
- Use the install sensor option for a quick install

Configure an Asset
Once an asset is created, it will need to configured. This task can only be performed by logging in as organization user. To perform this task, the distributor user should add himself as a user in the organization account.

Upload Historical Oil Test
To upload oil test results perform the following tasks.
- Select the organization
- Select the transformer
- Go to Offline DGA tab and press the add oil test button
